In summer, our annex is a well-equipped bike garage with tools and equipment storage options. (Pure self-interest - Lermoos and the surrounding area have beautiful bike paths and tours. We ❤️)

Your room will be ready for you from 4 PM. We don't have a traditional reception, but a self-check-in system. You'll get your door code around 5 PM the day before you arrive.

On your departure day, please check out of your room by 11 AM.

You can get breakfast from 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM in our waiting room.

With the Zugspitzarena Bayern-Tirol Card, you'll enjoy some inclusive services and discounts in the region.

After you arrive and complete your pre-check-in, you'll receive a link from the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena for the digital holiday companion “Loisl”.

Der LERMOOSER ist ein Selbstversorger-Dream. Unsere Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit Kühlschränken, Spülmaschinen, Kochfeldern, Spülen, Stauraum und und und - alles was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben uns Mühe gegeben die Küche so funktional und dabei so schön und so gemütlich wie möglich auszustatten.

Ausserhalb der Kiosk-Öffnungszeiten findet ihr hier auch eine Auswahl an Getränken, Snacks und hausgemachten Gerichten zum Aufwärmen.

Haustier Policy

Du kannst gern deinen Hund mitbringen, allerdings nur im Sommer (Mai-Oktober). Im Winter sind bei uns leider keine Hunde erlaubt! Unsere Haustierpauschale beträgt 20 Euro am Tag, pro Zimmer ist ein Hund erlaubt, ausser in den Cabins und im Attic.

Eigentlich common sense, aber hier nochmal ein paar dos & don’ts damit der Aufenthalt mit deinem Vierbeiner für alle cool ist:

• Ein Hund pro Zimmer

• Bett, Sofa & Sessel sind den Menschen vorbehalten. Unsere Polsterstoffe sind sehr hochwertig und Sonderreinigung oder Beschädigung echt teuer…

• Lass deinen Hund nicht allein im Zimmer

• Stuhlbein angekaut, Zimmerpflanze gegessen, Tür zerkratzt? Kein Beinbruch, stellen wir dir dann in Rechung

The Lermooser has a few parking spots – but hey, if you're staying in a former TRAIN STATION, arriving comfortably and eco-friendly by train is a great option 😁.

But sometimes there's no other way, and we won't give you any grief if you arrive by car.

You can only smoke outdoors here. Please use the ashtrays provided for your cigarette butts.

You can get your ski pass for the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena here. The Top-Snow-Card is valid for the Tyrolean Zugspitzarena regions, including Zugspitzbahn, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and Mittenwald.

Please note that we can only accept cancellations received by us in writing.

If you cancel your booking before your trip or cut your stay short, the following costs apply:

• You can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival.

• within 14 days before your arrival day – 100% of the booked stay

To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend getting travel cancellation insurance.

• free cancellation possible up to 60 days before arrival

• 50% of the booking price up to 30 days before arrival

• from 29 days before arrival, 100% of the booking price is due
