  • In summer, our annex is a well-equipped bike garage with tools and equipment storage options. (Purely for your own benefit - there are wonderful cycle paths and tours in Lermoos and the surrounding area. We ❤️)

  • Your room is ready for occupancy from 16:00. We do not have a reception but a self-check-in, you will receive your door opening code the day before arrival around 17:00.

  • On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

  • Breakfast is available from 07:30 - 10:30 in our waiting room.

  • With the Zugspitzarena Bayern-Tirol Card you can enjoy a number of inclusive services and discounts in the region.

    After your arrival and completed pre-check-in, you will receive a link from the Tiroler Zugspitzarena to the digital vacation companion "Loisl".

  • Der LERMOOSER ist ein Selbstversorger-Dream. Unsere Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit Kühlschränken, Spülmaschinen, Kochfeldern, Spülen, Stauraum und und und - alles was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben uns Mühe gegeben die Küche so funktional und dabei so schön und so gemütlich wie möglich auszustatten.

    Ausserhalb der Kiosk-Öffnungszeiten findet ihr hier auch eine Auswahl an Getränken, Snacks und hausgemachten Gerichten zum Aufwärmen.

    Please leave the kitchen after each cooking, drinking, baking, cocktail mixing as you would like to find it again.

  • You are welcome to bring your dog in summer - one dog per room is allowed. We charge € 20,00 per day for your dog of any size without food. Dogs are not allowed to lie in the bed or on the sofa. If your dog is used to jumping on upholstery, please protect the furniture with your own blanket. As the pet owner, you are responsible for any damage beyond the normal cleaning of the room. It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room.

    Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in winter!

  • The Lermooser has a few parking spaces - but hey, if you're already on vacation in nem former BAHNHOF then offers the cozy and environmentally friendly arrival by train 😁.

    But sometimes there is no other way, you will not be annoyed if you come by car.

  • Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Please throw your butts in the ashtrays provided.

    The ski pass for the Tiroler Zugspitzarena is available here. The Top Snow Card is valid for the Tiroler Zugspitzarena regions including the Zugspitzbahn, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Mittenwald.

  • Please note that we only accept cancelations received in writing.

    In case of cancellation of the booking before the start of the trip or in case of early termination of the booked stay, the following costs will be charged:

    - can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

    - within the last 14 days before the day of arrival - 100% of the booked stay

    To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

    - free cancellation possible until 60 days before arrival

    - 50% of the booking price until 30 days before arrival

    - from 29 days before arrival 100% of the booking price is due
